Description
Introduction :
-
Hachi-Hachi 15 % EC (Tolfenpyrad) is a pyrazole insecticide, Tolfenpyrad has shown activity against parasitic larval stages (xL3 and L4) of H. contortus in vitro; IC50 values were comparable with those of two commercially available anthelmintics, monepantel and moxidectin. As a pesticide, tolfenpyrad has relatively broad activity against egg, larval, nymphal and adult stages of various arthropods (including Hemiptera, Coleoptera, Diptera, Lepidoptera, Thysanoptera and Acarina), and has been applied to various infested crops. This chemical was developed in Japan and was first approved in 2002; it has been registered for commercial use in several countries other than Japan,
Controlling Thrips, Aphids and More
Hachi-Hachi SC is labeled to control:
⢠thrips (including western flower thrips)
⢠aphids
⢠scale
⢠leafhoppers
⢠lepidopteran insects (early instar)
Hachi-Hachi SC gives added suppression of:
⢠whiteflies
⢠powdery mildew
. Acarina mits.
Eggs, larvae, nymphs and adults of most targeted insects are controlled after coming in contact with or ingesting
Hachi-Hachi SC. Target pests treated with stop feeding immediately, preventing further crop damage.
Additionally, Hachi-Hachi EC has shown ovicidal activity, suppression of ovipositioning, and antifeeding activity on
targeted insect pests.
Product Overview :
- Tolfenpyrad ) HACHI HACHI 15% EC (Tolfenpyrad) is a pyrazole insecticide, and was discovered by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation in 1991. The compound acts mainly through the inhibition of the mitochondrial electron transport system
- Insecticide is part of SePROās growing line of non-neonicotinoid insecticides. The improved formulation provides the spectacular, broad-spectrum insect control with great crop safety. Hachi-Hachi EC is highly eļ¬cacious on thrips, aphids, leafhoppers, lepidopteran insects, scale, mealybugs and whiteļ¬ies
- Eggs, Immatures and Adults and All life stages of target insects are controlled by Hachi-Hachi 15% EC when they are exposed via contact or ingestion. Additionally, Hachi-Hachi EC demonstrates exceptional fungistatic activity against powdery and downy mildew
- Vegetables particularly cruciferous leafy varieties; Tea; Fruit; Indoor ornamentals except cut flowers, cole crops, cucurbits, ornamentals,Greenhouses, Nurseries, Landscapes, Christmas Trees, Non-bearing Fruit & Nut Trees/Vines
- Insecticide, Fungicide
- Pyrazolium
- Broad spectrum, contact activity, exhibits antifeedant activity especially against Lepidoptera. Inhibition of complex I NADH Oxido-reductase. HACHI HACHI 15% EC works as one shot solution for more than one target pests also reducing the cost of crop protection
- HACHI HACHI 15% EC belongs to pyrazole group, a novel chemistry effective on Lepidopteran & sucking pests on wide range of crops. Globally, HACHI HACHI 15% EC has been developed to control wide range of insect pests viz Leafhoppers, Lepidopteran insects, Mealybugs, Scale, Thrips (including Western Flower), Whiteflies, Powdery mildew, Downy mildew,Aphids, , Green Caterpillars, Thrips, Leafminers, Powdery mildew, Rust, Diamond Back Moth, Tobacco caterpillar (Spodoptera), bugs, Scale insects, psylla, borer, mites, etc and some fungal diseases on vegetables, fruits, field crops
- Due to its anti-feedent action, target pests’ stops feeding immediately after coming in contact with HACHI HACHI 15% EC .
- 14 – 32 fl. oz. per 100 gallons
- Spray
- 12 hours
- Due to HACHI HACHI 15% EC activity on different developmental stages i.e. eggs, larvae/nymphs and adults of the target pests, HACHI HACHI 15% EC offers fast and effective control of target pests leads to a healthy crop
- For effective results, KHACHI HACHI 15% EC should be used at the initial stage of the crop and insect. Ensure thorough and uniform coverage by using hollow cone nozzle. Rotate with insecticide of different mode of action to avoid resistance development. Avoid spray of HACHI HACHI 15% EC if the rains are expected earlier than 6 hours
- HACHI HACHI 15% EC is a METI (Mitochondrial Electron Transfer Inhibitor) compound which acts through contact and ingestion. HACHI HACHI 15% EC inhibits the electron transport chain in the mitochondria of the cell, leading to the cessation of the production and supply of the energy in the cell, resulting in the death of the target pest
